Tools, Data and Processes to Transform the Sales Teams of SME Manufacturers

What We Do

The Roadmap

When you know you need to do something, but aren’t sure what, our roadmap engagment will help you gain clarity around your current opportunity to streamline your sales function and start reducing the impact of the SOP Hole on your business.

The roadmap will help you prioritize the next steps in the short, medium to longer term providing you with a direct plan of action that can start to be implemented straight away.

Our roadmap program typically runs as follows.

Diagnostic Workshop

We come to you and conduct an onsite workshop with critical stakeholders where we dive into your business to begin to discover and understand current strategic enablers, pain points, and general areas for improvement.

The goal of this workshop is to “get everything out on the table” and create a shared understanding of where you “think” your issues arise as well as discover others that you or your staff may not have been aware of.

Observations

Following up on the workshop, we conduct smaller sessions with key individuals in your organization based on findings in the diagnostic workshop.

These sessions are intended to drive a deeper understanding in how the work actually gets done in your organization to help form a perspective for where opportunities for improvement lie.

Analysis, business case and roadmap

After the diagnostic workshop and observations, we analyze the artifacts and knowledge gained in the previous sessions.

These insights are pulled together into a readout with what we have learned, areas we feel are ripe for improvement and put together a roadmap tailored your company’s perceived maturity level and desired outcomes.

CRM for Manufacturers

CRM isn’t just a software platform. It’s a solution built around software, tools, and strategy integrated into broader business and processes and shaped around your people and culture.

This may be your first foray into CRM. Many manufacturers have dabbled around the edges, but few have ever experienced what a full CRM solution designed around their business can deliver when implemented the right way.

Salesforce

We recommend the Salesforce.com platform as a strong fit for most manufacturers small and large.

The Salesforce platform scales exceptionally well to provide smaller manufacturers with a simple but comprehensive solution that can grow as requirements and maturity increases.

REV4 are certified Salesforce specialists, highly experienced at implementing an appropriate solution to fit the size and characteristics of each business, including simple CRM, integration into ERP and other systems, right up to the full scale Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solutions

Metrics, data integration and dashboards

Having access to good data can make or break your business. And by access we mean, fast efficient numbers at your fingertips that are clear and easy to produce whenever required.

When it takes too long to produce useful data or isn’t in a format that makes it easy to understand, it won’t be used and your business will miss out on the benefits that come with having this level of insight and measurability.

Data to bring planners and sales onto the same page

Planners and sales people work in different worlds, but we need them to work together and collaborate.

By figuring out the right data to expose from different systems in the right places, we can deliver dashboards, reports and workflows that ensures planning and sales are integrated in how they work.

Gain clarity with data visualisation, dashboards

What good is data if not organized in a way that allows various stakeholders to gain insight from it?

By understanding your business and what drives it, we can deliver customized dashboards and reports that allow everybody, from sales and service reps up to the President to understand where the company stands.

Salesforce solution design and implementation

REV4 Solutions currently executes implementations of Sales, Service, and Community clouds, as well as Pardot.

We have extensive knowledge and experience in these areas and will leverage our best practice accelerators to get you up, running, and obtaining ROI quickly.

Implementation

Every implementation we undertake is personalized to the exact fit of your business.

Our approach allows us to work through a process that clearly captures the desired outcomes and ensure that all other activities are fully aligned to ensure success. All implementations are run by certified Salesforce professionals with years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions.

Managed Services

Many organizations do not have in-house Salesforce expertise and quite frankly don’t want the hassle to hire, train and retain these resources.

Salesforce, as any cloud platform, is constantly evolving and it is beneficial to ensure that you are riding the wave of innovation that the platform provides. We provide admin, developer, and architect resources at your disposal to simply help administer the platform for you OR assist in driving incremental ROI from your platform investment, all at the fraction of the price of hiring your own resources internally.
